Super Bowl Odds: Jaguars sign Whimper

Veteran offensive lineman Guy Whimper has been signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on Tuesday. This step has been taken by the team for improving their super bowl odds. The terms of the contract have not been disclosed yet.
For the last three seasons Whimper was playing for the New York Giants. He has participated in only 30 games. He was removed from the team on September 4, during the final short-listing in training camp.
Jacksonville on the other hand released linebacker Eric Alexander and Lance Long and has signed wide receiver Clarence Denmark. This was the seventh NFL season for Alexander. This season he has played four games with the Jaguars.
The Jaguars fans and super bowl betting fans are hoping that these steps taken by the team prove to be beneficial in the upcoming games.
